Happy Birthday Aunt Chelle!!! We had fun at your party and we wish you many many more happy birthdays! Speaking of birthdays....WE CAN"T WAIT!!! Its going to be so fun growing up together and becoming best friends. Its a very exciting time!!! We love you!!!

We went to Grandma Margie's house yesterday and Baby David had his first swimming experience...We think he had a great time!!! We are going to have many more swimming days this summer and I don't think he can wait!

Here are some recent pictures of Jacob (aka Munch) doing some of our favorite activities. We hope that more of these days are soon ahead. David saw his first Rangers and Royals game last Tuesday night. We got free tickets from Tia Linda, and it saved us so much money...Thanks Tia! Both teams played okay, but the Royals came out on top 9 to 5. (Royals looked really good.) Here's a side note about baby David...This little man...Can't believe it...Don't know if its a fluke or not...But this boy has been sleeping through the night for the last 3 nights. I mean...We put him down about 8-9-10-11...somewhere in that 4 hour period...And the man will sleep until 6 or 7 am! Its amazing! Can we get a hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Daddy has 5 more weeks of school yet to go and he's getting summer break fever...Can you blame me? Mommy goes back to work on Monday and she's not really looking forward to it...Her question the other night was...What's it like going back to work and I said.....Just take lots of pictures and try not to get to distracted while you're working....The baby's in good hands and you'll see him soon enough when you get home. Its tough at first, but it will get better. I mean...Daddy's living proof. It was tough at first, but I just cherish when I get home when I can spend time with him. Rock Chalk Jayhawk Go KU!!!

How about those Jayhawks! Going to the Championship Game! Even David Edward is getting into the spirit!!! Baby David is doing great and mama is taking it easy and being the best mom in the world. Daddy is stoked about the Hawks making it back to the big game. They made it to the championship game back in 2003 when both Adam and I were living in Lawrence, and it was awesome being a part of that! But now things are obviously different, but the Jayhawks are back to represent!!! David's growing big and strong and he's constantly moving and shaking. He's an unbelievable young man and he's so awesome! He sleeps through the night and only wakes to eat. After eating, he goes right back to bed! Well this is officially our favorite time of the year because of the weather outside....The temperature is perfect, the sky is blue, the grass is green, birds are chirping and the yard work needs to be done! Michelle and I have been out doing some of the work and the yard is starting to come together. HEY...Uncle Adam is coming into town and we cannot wait for him to meet David. Very exciting!!! We love ya'll!!!

Happy Easter from Baby David!!!!

Happy Easter to everyone! David enjoyed his first Easter with Papi and Gma Leslie and Gigi came over and brought some delictable dishes with her for Easter lunch. We all enjoyed lunch and the company we spent together. David recieved some great gifts too! He got an easter basket from Tia Linda and Gigi brought a basket with assorted Easter goodies and books, and Gma Margie and Vivian came bearing gifts as well. So David had a great Easter and obviously looking forward to many more. Well Daddy has to go back to work after having a great Spring Break with his family. Its going to be hard going back, and I know how lonely Mommy is going to be without me.....But she'll be okay. Michelle is feeling great these days and everything seems to be back to normal. The body always has a period of transition when you've been carrying a baby, and so she's back to normal and feeling great. Well here are some pictures from our Easter and we hope to see ya'll soon!
