David!!!

Hey Hey!!! How's it going??? Take a look at the new pics! David took in his first football game...daddy's team won 28-0! We played really well and it was because of the good mojo we got from mommy and baby David being at the game.

Baby David hanging out at Lewisville High School where daddy was coaching his tail off and beating those Huffines Huskies 28-0...Go Durham Dragons!

Baby David might just skip the whole crawling thing and go straight to standing and walking!
Baby D hanging out with all of his toys. Obviously this kid is going to be a multi-sectional instrumental specialist (like someone else in the family) but as you see he'll play a little Billy Joel "The Pianoman" and then he'll kick in some John Bonham and Led Zeppellin on a wicked drum solo. (What baby David dosen't know as well...Is that mommy and daddy have gotten for him the brand new Yo Gabba Gabba Rock n Roll Guitar which is the most awesome thing in the world! Its got a whammy bar that really works, it plays all of David's Yo Gabba Gabba favorites...I can't wait for Christmas! Baby David said that...Really he did...;)

Here's lookin at you kid....

Photos of Baby David!!!

More pictures of baby David!!! I have found time in between coaching six games a week to update the blog a few times. I hope you enjoy!
Look at all these toys! Football, keys, bubba-fly, sandal, and even these things that I don't know what the names are!!! But man are they fun!

Mommy and Daddy's new car...FYI the MSRP on this car was 82,000 dollars!!!

This reminded us both of those trips to the Guadalupe River floating in a tube...The statue even looks a little bit like Auntie Dana...We think that Darla should buy and take it to the riverhouse...Sounds like a great idea!!!!

These folks were doing an old Aztec dance and I believe this is the first Aztec I've seen that wears shades and a black t-shirt. The conch shell horn was definately cool though.

David had a laughing fit before going to bed tonight. He's awesome!!! When he scrunches his nose, he's so cute!

My name is Dark Helmet! I see your Schwartz is as big as mine!

Laughing is contagious!!!!!!!!!!!! The world needs more of it!

At the fair on the carousel with Grandpa David and Gigi...What a great time we had at the fair!!!

HEEEEEEEEEEE!!!HEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!HEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!

Lots going on! Tryin to crawl...Going to the fair....

Last weekend, we went to the fair and we're going to put a few more pictures from there on the blog. Also tonight, we were working with David to see how close he was to crawling, and he's still got a ways to go. He's raising up little rear end and scootching across the ground like a little inch worm...And he's definately close.

Okay mommy...Thanks for your help...I'll start crawling before you know it!

Mommy and Daddy...You tell some funny jokes!!!

HEY...DO YOU GUYS REMEMBER ME WHEN I WAS THIS TEENIE!!! SUCH A WITTLE GUY!

BOO! That's a huge pumpkin people! That's crazy!

Ready....Set.....Go!!!!!!!!

Baby David is so funny...But check out how strong his core is...He goes back and forth and dosen't fall over...He's awesome! When he smiles now, he scrunches up his nose...absolutely hilarious!!!

Howdy Folks!

Happy 7 months old to the boy today. He was born on March 5th and today's October 5th. Who would have thought that 7 months go by so fast! What a weekend! We had a weekend full of fun fun fun! First, daddy had friday night off because the Farmers played on Thursday night (and stunk it up) but I was able to play my guitar for the boy, and we just hung out and relaxed and had some well needed family time. On Saturday, we went to Elda's birthday party(Uncle Bobby's Daughter), then on Sunday we went to State Fair of Texas with Grandpa David and Gigi! OH WHAT FUN IT WAS!!!

A rare photo of Mommy and D!

Blissful!

I'm almost tall enough!

Tuckered out in Texas!

D's first carousel ride... see feature film below.

I'm Big Tex, welcome to David for his first visit to the Great State Fair of Texas!

Daddy has always wanted to do this! Everything's bigger in Texas, even the ferris wheels.

Daddy was kickin out the jams with baby D...How Tenacious! Get it...Tenacious D! That's a little Miles inside joke.
Daddy and D kickin it...
Mommy, Daddy and D at the state fair in the Texas Star Ferris Wheel. The man who was in the car with us was nice enough to take our picture.
At the birthday party. You see uncle Bobby in the background, and he was a very gracious host for his daughter's birthday on saturday night. The weather was nice and the breeze was nice and cool. So we had a barbecue brisket sandwiches, other fixins, and a great cake with fruit in it! It was awesome cake! But as you can see...David was on his best of behavior as usual...He was awesome the whole weekend!!!
Mommy, Daddy, and D on the midway at the State Fair. The Texas Star is in the background. We had a wonderful time! David loved the state fair!
Baby D and Daddy in the Texas Star Ferris Wheel...This kid is not scared of anything! He was 1000 feet up the air, and he's jumping on my lap and smiling and laughing and having a great time!
The Ballet Folklorico dancers where phenomenal! I took some video of them too...You have to see em...Its great
There was a professional pumpkin sculptor there that did these...We thought that these were just too good! Too bad the guy wasn't there at the time carving. But he does darn good work.

Baby D eating some Carmel apple...You know what...I"m sorry to say but this kid is just like Daddy in his appetite! He'll eat anything!
Grandpa David, Gigi and Baby D taking his first Carosel ride at the fair! He loved it! I tell ya...He loves that stuff! He did so good today!

What's been going on people????

Man...We had some great times since we've updated last. We recently went to the Western Days festival in downtown Lewisville with Gigi and had a great time! Here are some pictures to prove it! We went to a parade, a gun fight, and we were hoping that Daddy would enter the tamale eating contest, but Daddy got out of football work too late, so that was a no go. Too bad, because the winner only ate 44 Tamale. I WOULD HAVE EATEN MORE NO DOUBT!!!

FYI: Our little baby boy has three teeth now and the fourth is surely to be here shortly! He's been a little fussy too lately because of the teething. He really likes biting and drinking out of his sippy cup!

Gigi and Daddy and a sweet, sleeping baby before the parade. Mommy as usual was on the other side of the camera. The sweet sleeping baby shortly woke up afterwards because his diaper was quite dirty.

Gigi and an awake baby boy getting ready for the parade! Yay parades!

You have to remember...This boy was born in Texas...And there for he is going to be a big Cowboys fan! I"m hoping that he will come to Texas Stadium in a couple weeks to watch the LHS Farmers play the Marcus Marauders.

Now you may think all they are are just stinking cows...but to me...I think that their beautiful animals that are the quinnessential symbol of Texas.

One of the gunslingers was nice enough to take a photo with baby David. Obviously you see that David was enamored with his Santa-like beard.

The Gunslingers and baby David....Everyone's dressed the part...Even our little cowboy! Yee haw Buckaroo!!!

The Familia in front of City Hall in Lewisville. What a nice place! Daddy was enjoying a Corny Dog which we'll be trying again at the Great State Fair of Texas!!!

Baby David and Grandpa David...We went to go see Grandpa David at work at Sears. He sure is a busy fella!

Look at this little booger....I give him a couple of weeks and he'll be scootin around this place!!!

Mommy and Gigi and Baby David...Mommy's enjoying some Festival treats while Gigi steers the stroller. baby david has it so easy!!!
