Day 3

Day 3 in the books. It's been a terrific three days of working out. I have been doing a great workout consisting of a mix between cardio and weights. Treadmill plus weights. It's great. A lot of people would love to do this workout if they're into a mix of ways to workout and get in shape. I am all about variety but consistency. I am a creature of hait. I am human. It's been a nice transition into incorporating a workout during my workday. It lasts a little more than a half hour, then I go eat my lunch and then here comes my next class. It's great. Nits empowering also. I feel energized when my class comes. This workout has been officially a great change for my life.

The workout is a mix between of treadmill, arm work, leg work, treadmill, arm, legs, treadmill,Mary, leg...four sets. And treadmill. Each has a different arm and leg lift per set. I love it. Even today, I up'd my reps on my lifts and I upped my speed and length on the treadmill. Three days and something positive. It's a new day. A day thats one more positive than negative. We're moving in the right direction. Gotta bath my son.
